1st Level Transformative Coaching: Core Training for Professional Coaching I ACSTH accredited coach training program
Our Promise to You
We truly appreciate the opportunity to work with you. We promise to act in good faith, deliver high-quality coach training, and nurture your development as a coach. Our mission is to partner with people who want to make a difference in the world by creating learning, growth and development opportunities. We are committed to supporting you to be transformative leaders of change, who engage boldly, coach powerfully, partner respectfully and lead authentically.
Requirement to Completion
The ICF approves the program (International Coach Federation). Hence it is the duty of Coach Masters Academy to ensure that all participants fulfil the ICF membership and credential requirements. All participants are required to complete the following:
• Complete Pre-Course Work
• Attend the in-person training
• Attend 12 Online supervised practical coaching sessions
• Post 12 Reflections
• Submit 1 Recording with the transcript for Final Review
• Complete 1 Written Assignment: Reflection Paper
I understand that in fulfilling the above coaching certificate training requirements, I am honouring the academy’s obligation and responsibility in delivering and ensuring that all graduates comply with the ICF required standard for trained and credentialed coaches.
In-Person Training: (NOT DELIVERED BEFORE SEPTEMBER 2021)
You are required to attend at least 75% of classroom learning. If you are unable to, you are required to make arrangements with the Program Directors for catch-up sessions. You will receive an INCOMPLETE status if the above requirement is not met.
Written Assignment:
You are required to complete the Reflection Paper and submit it no later than 2 weeks after the last Practical Coaching session. You will receive an INCOMPLETE status should you fail to submit any of the above assignments within two weeks of completing the last supervised practical coaching session.
Supervised Practical Coaching
Attend 12 Online Practical Sessions: You are required to participate actively during all of these practical sessions. You must maintain your own attendance record. Should you miss any of the sessions, you can do make-up by attending sessions from other cohorts. Upon completing the last supervised practical coaching session, you must submit the Declaration Form.
Post 12 Reflections: The reflective learning assignment is equivalent to 6 hours of Practical Coaching. You are required to download, listen, and review the recording, then post your insights at the Forum. You will receive an INCOMPLETE status if your contribution to the Forum is notably passive.
Submit a Recording for Final Review: Upon completing the last supervised practical coaching session, you are required to submit one recording of not more than 35 minutes duration. This is a formal assessment to review your understanding to create the ACC Conversation.
You can submit a 2nd recording if the 1st recording does not meet the requirement and there will be a re-examination fee of US150. It will include one mentoring session to review the recording and provide you with verbal feedback to identify growth opportunities. The fee will also include the review fee of the 2nd recording.
The time framework to complete the above should not exceed a maximum of 4 weeks after the last supervised practical coaching session. You will receive an INCOMPLETE status should you exceed the above deadline or fail to meet the requirements.
Learning difficulties will be discussed with each participant and looked at as opportunities for improvement. If the participant continues to demonstrate an inability to grasp the curriculum's fundamentals, the participant will be offered additional opportunities for special mentoring at the participant’s expense.
As a participant, it is your responsibility, and in your best interest, to comply with the above deadline to complete the training. A certificate of completion based on the total hours of training attended will be issued if you cannot meet the requirements.
And if you wish to obtain the full certification as a Certified Professional Coach your certification, there is a minimum fee of not more than 50% of the course fee to join the next cohort. The exact details for make-up to be advised depending on the extent of make-up required to complete the certification.
Certificate
The first certificate is provided free of charge with additional or replacement copies available for a fee of US25 per copy.
International Coach Federation (ICF) May Request Records
I agree that my participant record, recording and declaration form for completing practical coaching may be released to the International Coach Federation or their representatives upon request by the ICF.
Photographs and Video for Marketing Needs
During each training programme, authorized representatives will take photographs, and video footage released publicly for marketing. Please notify the course leader if you do not wish to have photographs or videos taken to be used for any public circulation.
Privacy Policy
If you choose to use our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information regarding this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used to improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use. For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you or to facilitate the learning.
Log Data. We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
Cookies. Cookies are files with a small amount of data commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website you visit and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Our website uses these "cookies" to collect information and improve our Service. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your computer. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not use some portions of our Service.
Service Providers. We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons: (1) to facilitate our Service; (2) to provide the Service on our behalf; (3) to perform Service-related services; or (4) to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. We want to inform our Service users that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Security. We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information. Thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no transmission method over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Links to Other Sites. Our Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that we do not operate these external sites. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review these websites' Privacy Policy. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy. Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
Changes to This Privacy Policy. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
Cancellation
Purchases made from REED.co.uk or Directly through CoachmastersAcademy UK office Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a "Cancellation Period". Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.
